screen is cut in half

The video is cut in half. I can't tell what the bottom half is. I have recalibrated. I have deleted and reinstalled the looker sw. I have removed the Kogeto lens but didn't see anything wrong. This is on an iPhone 4 running iOS 501.

Hi Carl,

I'm sorry you're having trouble! The problem is definitely calibration - even though it may seem like the lens is perfectly calibrated, if it is even slightly off it will cause the "screen cut" you are referring to. Make sure that you have pinched and resized the green circles to lay exactly over the lens view without any silver showing outside of it. If this still doesn't work, send me a screen cap of your calibrated screen and I'll help you from there. support@kogeto.com

Hi Mary,

It was the calibration. I centered the dot, but didn't pinch and resize it. Once I resized the dot, the video was fine.
