This may seem like a silly question, but did you remember to remove the plastic protective film from your lens? A lot of our customers don’t realize this should be removed!

If that’s not the problem, then make sure your lens is properly calibrated.

You also might need to refocus your camera – once you begin filming, tap on your screen to make sure the lens is focused properly.
